What is Fair Milk?

Fair Milk is symbolised by Faironika, the artificial cow that will soon be seen all over Europe. She is canvassing for fair payment for dairy farmers and explains the significance milk has as a foodstuff for farmers, the cultural landscape, for rural life. Because "good and fair" go hand in hand.

Faironika looks slightly different from country to country - red, white and green in Italy, blue and yellow in Sweden and the European version, of course, is dark blue and yellow. But in each country, the message is the same: fair milk is good for you - for farmers and consumers alike.
